Keg at the High Five Taproom - Sofia. Pours clear honey-gold with a tight, lasting off-white cream head. Light to medium sweet flavour with nice toasted grains, biscuits, crackers, soft leafy hops, mild caramel accents. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Well balanced finish, further toasted biscuits, light leafy bitterness, more soft caramel notes. Really nice.
