hazy pale golden colour, large, dense and quite stable ecru-ish white head; aroma of grainy, grassy, bread crusty, some floral, herbal, slight fruity and minimal cardboard notes; taste is quite the same with definite hoppy bitterness and some spicy aftertaste; quite enjoyable one!

For me, the weizen of this brewery is better than this one. A basical beer that you could expect something better for an unfiltered beer, drinkable but it was basical for me with notes of malt, rather dry, a bit metalic, light, watery, weak aroma of hop, 11.04.21, drinking it on the train from Schaffhousen to Zürich, buying it at one shop in Schaffhousen

Not a grand cru but it is ok, it makes the job to satisfy your thirst, enjoying in a touristical but a lovely place. This one is a bit metalic, grainy, malty, side of toffee, probably perle hop at the final that it is something common in Switzerland, 11.04.21, drinking it at the beautiful waterfall in Neuhausen, lovely spring day.l with Karina

Can on the 1133 Zurich-Munich, picked up from World Of Beers Zurich HBF, 07/10/2025.
Clear golden topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is pale malts, stewed fruits, grains, herb.
Taste comprises pale and bready malts, sultanas, sweet edged.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Passable affair.
