(bottle) Clear copper colour with a foamy off-white medium head. Light sweet and roasted malty aroma with caramel, also hops in the background. Bitter flavour, full to medium bodied. Roastmalty and caramel taste with a dry and bitter hoppy liquorice finish with warming alcohol coming through. Initially sweet, it becomes more and more dry and bitter towards the finish. Well balanced and really good.

(bottle) Clear golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Floral and herbal hoppy nose with a touch of sweet malts. Bittersweet flavour, medium to full body. Initially good balanced hopbitterness with a slightly sweet malty background. Unfortunately the alcohol is not well integrated and becomes a bit sharp towards the end but has anyway a warming effect.

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a frothy white medium head. Light sweet and grainy aroma with a touch of cardboard. Light sweet flavour, medium to light bodied, soft carbonated. Grainy malty taste, short and minimal hoppy finish, slightly bitter. There are worse examples of that type of beer, but this one is nonetheless quite bland.

Bottle: Clear, dark amber coloured; mid-sized fluffy off-white head; sweetish malty aroma, traces of roasted malts and molasses; dry malty, a bit chocolatey-bitter taste, ending dry with a distinct hoppy bitterness; quite light bodied, almost a bit watery, but otherwise rather decent.

(bottle) Golden colour with a small frothy white head. Aroma of grassy hops and wet straw. Sweetbitter flavour, medium body, quite smooth mouthfeel. Malty start, dry and soft hopbitter finish. A crispy but also bland Pilsener.

A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is grassy and hoppy in the sour way of low alcohol beers - I don’t like it. The flavor is dry grassy due to lack of alcohol - ofcourse.

(Bottle 33 cl) Neatly golden with a creamy head. Nose full of delicate aroma hops, fresh yet rather mild. Full-bodied and yet very drinkable. Yet another quality brew from Einbecker. 011100
