Cask at GBBF 2011. Great pump clip. Pours brown-black with a bubbly, tan head. Rich mocha aroma, decent roast. Nice flavor, some dry roast, light smoke. Medium sweet with some minerality. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Mild sweet finish, brown sugar, light mocha, light tang. Very good beer. I’m happy to drink this.

25th April 2011
Mason & Taylor Hop Festival. Clear gold beer, no real head. Does have a mildy crisp palate, semi dry. Interesting beer! he hops are initially a little sour. Guava and papaya with a drop of mango thrown in. Rapidly gets sweeter towards the crisp dry finish which has some minerals. Intriguing!
