Cask (Gravity) at Charlbury Beer festival 04-07-09 Was called Blue Monkey Gold but understand this to be the same beer. Pours gold no head, pretty good clarity. There is a fuzzy furry bitterness that clings to the roof of the mouth which I rather like. Some honey sweetness, citrus and biscuit show. its drying at the end. A7 A4 F7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 20/11/08. Light fruity aroma followed by a sweetish malt flavour with a short bitter finish. Tried during a beer festival and it didn’t make much of an impact. Ok.
