Pours intense brown, with pretty much no foam. Aroma is heavily toasted, reminding also cola and chinotto. Body is fairly light, with moderate carbonation. Taste is sweet, though not exaggerated. But feeling like of like a cola. Final is average.

8/6/2024. Draft at Būsi trečias, Vilnius. Pours clear pale gold with minimally bubbly head. Aroma is apple juice, light funky and sulphur notes. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, spritzy carbonation. Not so bad.

330ml (thx, Lesha!) shared with Ryan in Riga's apartment after MBCC. Appearance: clear copper with no head. Aroma: brown sugars, some bread notes. Taste: along the same lines, brown sugars, caramel, rye bread on the background. Overall: ok, but far from the proper kvass, too industrial.

Poured from 330mL bottle (courtesy of beerplace nephew; bb 15.12.2023). Hazed amber brown with very minimal white head. Caramel and dried fruits, slightly bready background, but clean. Decent.
