Description
Tunnel Brewery is dedicated to using the finest, local, raw materials, such as Maris Otter malts and First Gold hops, grown in the garden of Worcestershire. These will be matched alongside traditional English brewing methods.
Started brewing in 2005 at The Lord Nelson Inn on Birmingham Rd in Ansley. Moved in 2011 to the Red House Farm. In 2015 the Brewery was taken over by Indian Brewery. The Tunnel brand was gradually shut down after the take over. Tunnel Brewery then split off at some stage as a separate company and is now active as a client brewer.
Changed name into Time For Beer in 2020.

330ml bottle as part of a 4 season pack my wife kindly picked up in Stratford-Upon-Avon market. Light amber pour, thin white head and no retention. Caramel malty aroma and a touch of raisin. Taste follows aroma, semi-sweet and malty, very straightforward but not unpleasant. Light to medium bodied, slight dryness, a bit flat. Dull.

330ml bottle from Stratford-Upon-Avon market as part of a 4 season pack. Clear amber/dark gold, small off-white head, reasonable retention. Caramel and apricot on the nose; not bad. Caramel, light roasted note, stone fruit in taste, a touch dry in the finish with a moderate bitter bite and notes of burnt wood. This is pretty good and far superior to Spring and Summer selections.
