Description
La Bicéphale is first and foremost two brains for a single brewery: Jéromine Decaudin and Florian Dumonteil. We met during our professional license studies, in 2017/2018. We each had our brewery project in mind, with complementary aims of beer. We then thought that launching our project together would be a good idea. La Bicéphale was born.
The project then materialized at the end of 2019, with our installation in Sierentz. After several months of work, delays, and a global pandemic, the production of our beers was fully launched in July 2020.

Bottle. A bit haze dark amber. Lots of sweet malts, caramel, toffee, orange zest. Some black tra, dried and dusty orange and apricot, light floral. Like a fruity herbal tea almost. Medium sweet and a bit lighter bitter. Over medium bitter. OK beer, but needs more hops.

Quite dark and tasty for a pils but this is an interesting take on that style.
