Slight haze, thin head. Fairly phenolic and a bit sticky. Hops aren’t noticeable that much. Too strong and sweet for me.

Gold, medium head. Hops are that sulphury type…do they even still grow Willamette? Clean pale malts. Balanced, with a biscuity sweetness up front and an off-dry finish.

Amber and pale. Oniony, stone fruit nose. Full body, lots of malt. Oniony hops that start to veer into diacetyl as the beer gets warm. On the sticky side, need a better hop expression honestly.

Pours with excellent huge solid foam and nice light gold, stormy champagne yeast providing some intense carbonation. The aroma is really nice banana, soft coriander, good yeast notes, layered and very well presented. Taste is chewy malts, sweet coriander, strong Belgian yeast hints. Ends full and smooth. This is an absolutely excellent rendition of a Belgian saison, kudos to them.

Okay foam on a hazy orangey gold body. Soft muddled orange zest aroma, vague pine. Taste is chewy malt and soft pine, mellow orange hints. Ends full and smooth. Kind of an earthy malty hazy but it's all right.

Okay medium coppery brown body with not enough foam. Smells of soft spicy grain and mellow cherry, subtle but working well. Taste is excellent tart cherry, kriek like, with soft peppery grain behind it. Ends full and crisp with lingering fresh cherry. I haven't tasted fresh cherries like this in anything local before, so hats off to them for that.

Has good cloudy yellow body and some very nice creamy foam. Aroma is soft sweet hops, maybe mellow papaya. Tastes of nice tangy lemon, smoothie style, soft chalky grain, ends smooth. Drinkable and approachable but I'm not digging the muddy smoothie vibe in an IPA.

Has very nice light hazy yellowy orange body, good foam. The aroma is dry plasticky hops, soft grapefruit and maybe chalky papaya. Taste is nice soft orangey hops, maybe papaya, ends smooth like a smoothie. Nothing revolutionary here but it would satisfy some local thirst well.

Has good cloudy gold body and some okay foam. Smells of soft chewy pine, vague orange zest. Taste is mellow orangey pine and chewy malt, ends smooth and oily, carbonated adequately but a little muddy. Suitable and adequate but not rising above the local pack.

Has weak foggy pale straw body and minimal foam. Smells of very faint lemony hops, too weak. Taste is good soft banana and coriander, finishes a little too watery. This has potential, it's just pulling back a little too much.
