Hazy and tan. Thin head. The aroma is fairly toasty, a bit of honey. Light body, a bit sticky, and there's not a whole lot of complexity to it. I mean it's okay but it's going nowhere, really.

650mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some of that weird kveik yeast expression, some spicy juniper, and some bugginess. Flavour is fairly laid-back, with juniper, branches, and light bugginess. Clean enough, just not very interesting.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Lightly hazed gold with small white head and just a touch of sediment. Light honey, some feint dry sappy bitterness presumably from the juniper and maybe some pine hops, basic kviek yeast. Okay.

Poured from 651mL bottle (yes, it specifically states "651mL"). Chill hazed dull gold with small white head. Fairly feint pine hops, but a nice soft subtle spruce note, mild biscuit malt. The mild spruce addition saves it, the rest of the beer is fairly timid, average.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Hazy orangey brown with off white head. Belgian yeast, feint dark dried fruits, good carbonation, a little lighter bodied, but maybe just needs some more time to bottle condition. Decent. Will try again if it's there when I visit in July.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Dark brown with dissipating beige head. Light bready saison yeast with gentle underlying roast, good carbonation, decent kick at the can.

Billed on the paper menu as having “bountiful citra hops” so I imagine this is sabro and previously they had citra and just forgot to change that part of the template…lol…it happens. Very pale yellow and hazy. Big fruity, stone fruit, light papaya. Easy drinking, moderate bitterness, touch of acidity that makes it really refreshing. Rock solid.

The name is a reference to the kveik yeast. Hazy and pale, medium head. Sweetish, but then there is this whack of grapefruity hops, bringing bitterness. It’s managed to ferment out a bit dry, leaving just a touch of pale malt and some fruity hops.

Dark brown, not much head. Light sweetness sort of molassesy. A bit of coconut…this could definitely do with more. A bit tart. Light roast. Everything is mellow, which is probably okay because these elements seem a bit clashy.
