1000 ème batch ! Belgian American Pale ! Blond Houblonnée ! Voilà qui donne envie. A la dégustation c'est plutôt la douche froide avec une bière très moyenne qui n'a rien à voir avec une APA ou une Belgian American Pale. En verre nous sommes sur un blond doré limpide avec une faible effervescence et quasiment sans mousse. Au nez, le cocktail présenté est très moyen sur l'alcool, les céréales, la pomme de terre, la mangue, la pêche et le citron. L'ensemble est brouillon et peu lisible. En bouche on retrouve ce sentiment avec un sucre trop poussé et une impression pâteuse. Les arômes ne sont toujours pas emballants. La corpulence et la longueur sont moyennes tout comme cette bière qui n'est pas très festive. Espérons que le batch 2000 sera plus réussi.

A small taste from wiosna (tap) @ La Fabryk. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is sweet malts with some esters. Flavor is light sweet fruity malts with some hops. Decent.
