375ml bottle online from Cork & Cask, Edinburgh. Pours unclear dark yellow with a huge foamy head. Every Epochal beer takes an age to pour! Huge brett funk, medicinal florals, tangy, woody, bitter lemon, gooseberry. Nice bash of NS dry hop on a super dry finish. Medium body with foamy carbonation.

Bottle, online from Cork & Cask, Edinburgh. Pours unclear pale yellow with a white cap. Aroma: bright with plenty of brett funk, lemon, hay, grass. Taste: dry, funky, lemon, oak, some minerality, straw, spicy hop. Light to medium body with spritzy carbonation. It's unrefined but bloody tasty.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up via Cork & Cask. Pours deep brown with a big, frothing tan head. Lightly sweet, subtle funk, dark leathery berries, a little cocoa, earth, light acidity. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. More tangy dark fruits to finish, roast, big funk. Nice depth. Solid.
