Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of hedgerow and minerals. Flavour of garden peas, mint and grass. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Fresh and bitter, with a distinct pea and mint vibe.

Bottle from Brew Cavern. It pours hazy yellow with a lasting fluffy white head. The aroma is sweaty, musty, funky, dry oak, dull vanilla, zingy lemon, gooseberry, spice, hay and floral accents. The taste is firmly dry upfront, oak, good depth of wood, grassy, hay, fragrant, floral, juniper, leafy, lemon rind, dry wood, earth, peppery spice and some tannin with a bone dry, woody finish. Moderate body and moderate+ frothy carbonation. Really interesting stuff, it is not your run of the mill offering for sure. Love the aroma, but perhaps lacks a touch of drinkability with that dryness. Still enjoyable.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Cork & Cask. Pours clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a lively, frothy white head. Clean, dry, lightly sweet, a little biscuit, flinty minerality, mild funk, nips of lemon, background woody dryness. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Quenching finish, stony, dry, more soft lemony notes, dry pale bread, subtle funk, mild bitter straw. Nice and drinkable stuff.
