Bottle. Ok, I know Belgians think they know how to make beers and they are some are great but not all Belgium beer is good. This is one that is bot so much.

Bottle at home. Extreme gusher. Earthy aroma of malt, tart fruits, herbs and spices, anise, ginger, peppery notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and a bit tart. Body is medium. Interesting but not really my kind of Saison, too spicy/herbal.

F: almost no pressure sound after opening, no head.
C: amber, hazy.
A: malty, caramel, oxidized, bready, hay touch.
T: medium malty base, caramel, berries touch, oxidized, hay, no carbonation, quite strange all together.

F: medium, white, quick diminishing.
C: pale gold, hazy.
A: light brett, peach, honey, pears, spicy, hay.
T: full malty base, light sour fruity, peach, apples, pears, hay, spicy, quite wild saison with brett yet who knows if this is intended, not bad for me yet not great eighter, enjoyed.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy brown coloured with an comedial Belgian cartoon pig label. Taste of coriander, pepper and some other spices also hints of caramel. Like this from the "Steam Brewery".

Bottle from Plaisirs 604. Hazy golden colour, white foam. Notes of barnyard, funk, citrus. Taste is tart, a bit vinegary, unbalanced. Infected?
