Tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is cider with a suggestion of other fruit. Near med body. Flavor is slightly dry, very slightly tart cider with a hint of some sort of fruit. Seems like something not quite ripe (not sweet). Could well be mango, but it’s not crystal clear on that point. However, as a cider it really is a good drinker. Goes down something of a treat.

Tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy perry color. Aroma is slightly tart mix of apple and wine. Near med body. Flavor is slightly tart cider with a light oaky note, and I think a hint of chardonnay. Actually quite flavorful and enjoyable. Refreshing.

Tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours very hazy "grapefruit"/perry color. Aroma is "fresh" grapefruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor really does suggest "fresh grapefruit". Finishes citrus and a little biting. Just excellent, if you like grapefruit!

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very, very light pink gold with white head. Aroma is mild cranberry with some apple. Near med body. Flavor is mldly tart, and definitely has cranberry.

On tap @ 21st Amendment during San Francisco 7/7/14 beer tour. Pours a yellow appearance with a white head. Pretty bland, apple juicy nose with a hint of white wine. Pretty high sweetness. Juicy red apples with a slight bit of tartness. Really standard and simple but probably a good guest tap for a layman/MorÆn.

4 oz draft part of a flight at 21st Amendment’s brewpub. 6.5% ABV. Clear whitish yellow color. Aromas of apples, juice, light spices. Tastes of apples and crisp notes. Light body with a dry finish.

(10/27/08) Draught sample at 21st Amendment brewpub in San Francisco. Pinkish color, slightly rusty-like. Aroma of green apples, some red apples and some sweet pomegranate. Sweetish-sour flavor with green apples and sweet pomegranate. Medium-bodied. Tasty.
