On tap @ 21st Amendment during San Francisco 7/7/14 beer tour. Pours a yellow appearance with a white head. Pretty bland, apple juicy nose with a hint of white wine. Pretty high sweetness. Juicy red apples with a slight bit of tartness. Really standard and simple but probably a good guest tap for a layman/MorÆn.

Bright pink coloured body with a very thin pink head. Aroma of sour grapes, apples and pomegranate. Light-bodied; Nice fresh fruit flavours at first with a lot of sugar and some malt. Aftertaste very clean with good fruit and alcohol tastes throughout. Overall, a good sample that even my wife likes - definitely nice to try. I sampled this pint on draught at Toronado in San Francisco, California on 28-June-2010.

A blonde cider with a rather chemical applea aroma, added sugars, too sweet. In mouth, a rather light bodied, overcarbonated cider, uninspiring. Very sweet apple juice. On tap at Lodi brewpub, August 27 2009.

Bottle labeled "Two Rivers Dry English Hard Apple Cider" 7.0% ABV. Pours with a clear yellow, chardonnay colored body with no head. Aroma of apple, light spice, dryness and some sweet caramel. Taste has a sweet and sour thing going on with light spice, oak tannins, and a touch of green bitter apple. Flat mouthfeel.

Bottle as Two Rivers Dry English Hard Apple Cider (7.0%). Waxed crown cap. Color is pale gold and slighty unclear. Aroma is quite clean, but more perfumey than apple. Thin to medium body with very little carbonation. Flavor is very clean, but very low intensity. Sort of green apple. It’s not very sweet, and only lightly tart. Very clean, but not exactly crisp. Maybe a very, very slight woodiness. Finishes rather astringent.

(On tap) Clear, pale amber with basically no head. Sweetish aroma of fruit chewing gum. Rather light in body, fairly fruity flavours - sorta artificial Hubbabubba style. Only in the finish do the apples really show. Artificial and unclean cider. 190307
