Tap at mad mex. Mildly hazy pale. Neutral nose but I do detect a slight amount of sweet BO hop perfume. First taste is one big fat brutal bitter wallop of bitter hops. Middle gets really bitter. So one sided in the hop bastard bitter bruise. Nasty nellie. This is one terribly on style mouth coating flat IPA.

Bottle pour. Poured a vibrant, almost lime-hued yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light floral, some earthy hop, sweet malt. Decent carbonation. Tasty.

16oz can pours a translucent black, big legs, thin beige head. Nose has a lot, malt, molasses, caramel, cognac, whiskey, cola, tootsie roll. Flavor leads with booze, rum and cognac and whiskey and kahlua. Malt and caramel and nougat and marzipan. Lots happening. Hot finish. Oily. Long.
