Draft at Red Cow (50th & France) in Minneapolis. Hazy orange gold pour. Small white head. Floral hop aroma hints at tropical fruit and pine. Flavor mirrors nose. Tangerine, mango, pineapple and grapefruit. Some resiny pine on backend. Well done.

On tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a really interesting combination of smoke and slightly tart raspberry with dark grains backing. Flavor has the same combination of smoke and light tart raspberry with dark grains and a hint of barrel coming through.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has has dank citrus, light onion and a bit of mango and a touch of sweet grains underlying. Flavor has dank mango onion and a decent amount of pine with light bready grains underlying.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear dull amber brown with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a nice bourbon and sweet grains with toffee and a bit of caramel underlying. Flavor has a great bourbon note with caramel, toffee and a bit of bready sweet grains.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dull amber brown with no head whatsoever. Aroma has lots of maple and cinnamon with bourbon, sweet grains and caramel. Flavor starts with maple but has growing bourbon, sweet grains and caramel notes with a touch of cinnamon.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a deep roast and a rich bourbon with a nice dark grain backbone. Flavor combines dark grains and bourbon well with some roast and dark chocolate growing through the finish.
