Clear, average pale straw gold, a little fizzy.
Sharp, malic acid, industrial, gentle floral nose.
Very pedestrian bittersweet, a little cranberry, with a slightly sour veggie bitterness, leaning sweet, almost like a soft dry-hop. Too much of the house blend & not enough quince.

Bright & boring. Pass.

500ml bottle from Boise Co-op. Clear, pale golden pour, any bubbles that show up disappear instantly. Aroma is apples with some lime tartness. Taste is tart apple, lime zest, orange peel. Tart and mildly dry.

On tap at Blue Pit pours out dish water straw topped with a fizzy head. Nose is sweet apple some lemon citrus zest. Taste is more of the nice sweet apple forward and citrus zest.

750 from Press then Press. A few hours in the fridge, mojito glass at home. Filtered, pale, orange-pink rose pour; weak head. Light-bodied very much Rose wine; cherry-strawberry nose. Lightweight rose, orange notes, strawberry lemon & leather. Moderately tart & acidic, faint pith, tannic grape skin. Missing nuance to make it great but it's still quite good. Summer feels. Thin, high carb, not boozy at all. Pleasantly surprised at my Idaho cider.

500ml bottle from Grocery Outlet. Looks like white grape juice. Aroma is apples with light lavender notes. More apples in the taste, floral, light honey, but not getting the vanilla. Still very good.
