Description
Spring Creek Brewing Company is a destination craft brewery and wood fired pizza restaurant located in the Avimor community just north of Eagle Idaho on HWY 55.
The co-founders, Jeff Badigian and Marc Grubert grew up together and have been good friends for many years. The two reconnected as adults and shared a passion for home brewing and the love of good food, good friends and the great outdoors. Their ‘Eureka” moment came at a backyard BBQ in 2017 while sharing home brews and grilled pizzas on a beautiful summer evening. As they dreamed about opening their own place that evening a seed was planted and shortly after they officially launched Spring Creek Brewing Company...which was aptly named for the creek that runs through their property.
Fast forward four years through public fund raising, construction, and a global pandemic and what you have is exactly what the founders set out to do...create a community space where folks can enjoy craft beer, craft food and local music in the beautiful Boise foothills.
Stop in and share your story with us...we’ll take care of the rest.
Cheers!

On tap at the Avimor BP. Clear deep golden pour with a good form off white head. Good citrusy aroma. Some tropical fruit in the flavors. Lots of good fresh juicy hop flavors. A bit sweet but quite tasty.

On tap at the Avimor BP. Very dark chestnut brown. Thin fine tan head. Chocolatey light roast aromas, flavor is a bit sweet and some dark carmelized sugars. Lacking the sharp roast of most porters. Smooth and light feel. Definitely a doorway dark beer. Pleasant and tasty

On tap at the Avimor BP Milkshake cloudy light orange with a huge dense off white head. Lots of bright citrusy aromas and flavors. Light bodied and overall quite fresh and tasty. Some pithy citrus peel bite at the end.

On tap at the Avimor BP clear deep copper pour with a thin fine beige head lost of toasted malts and a little “woody” a touch of brown sugar sweetness. Very lightly hopped even for an amber. Smooth rather heavy palate.

On tap at the Avimor brewery/taproom Mostly clear deep golden with thin sticky sheets of lacing. Smooth and malty. Lacking a lot of fresh clean hop character. FG also seems a bit high. Pleasant enough just seems more like a light Amber

On tap at the Avimor brewery/taproom Black pour with thin light sticky tan lacing. Modest hop bite on this otherwise smooth toasty beer. A little lingering hoppiness at the end.

On tap at the Avimor brewery/taproom Foggy deep dull orange copper pour. Thin but persistent light tan head. Definitely fruitier and “fresher” hop character than their other IPAs. Plenty of deep bitterness and not much particularly “NE” character. Still, good IPA

On tap at the Avimor brewery/taproom Slightly hazy medium orange copper pour with a dense lasting thick beige head and lacing. Deep bitterness, piney and resinous a bit lighter than the Yippee but still a full big IPA.
