12 oz from a six pack. Aroma is moldy overripe fruit, passionfruit, citrus peel. Pours hazy orange golden with a one finger white head with decent retention. Taste is lightly sweet, moderately bitter. Not very juicy. Not really all that close to what a NEIPA should be. Not horrible, but it could use a lot of work.

355ml bottle. (4.9% ABV) Pours a clear ruby red-brown with a small, creamy, short lived, tan head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of toasted bready malt, caramel, toffee and dried fruit. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel, toffee, molasses and dark fruit in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. An ok, malt forward Amber Ale.

Bottle from the General Store near Roosevelt Lodge, Yellowstone NP. Pours gold and frothy with a white head with good retention. Aroma is floral, honeymelon, overall mild. Taste has a crisp mild bitterness. Finishes the same. Body is medium. Unremarkable, but still pleasant and refreshing.

12 oz bottle from the $10,000 Bar in Montana. Aroma is woody, caramel, earthy, marshmallow, apples, light peat. Pours hazy amber with a quickly collapsing beige head. Taste is malty sweet with flavors of caramel, light wood. Not bad, but my least favorite from what I’ve had from this brewery.

12 oz bottle from the $10,000 Bar in Montana. Aroma is toasty, caramel, toffee, faint licorice. Pours clear amber with a collapsing beige head. Taste is lightly sweet, finishing with a light herbal hop bitterness. Flavors of toast, caramel, light gun metal. This is really good for a style I’m not all that crazy about.

12 oz bottle from the $10,000 Bar in Montana. 6.3% ABV. Aroma is piney, citrus, perfumy, berries. Pours hazy golden with a thick off-white head with excellent retention and curtains of lace. Taste is moderately bitter with quite a bit of malt sweetness; almost reminiscent of hop-forward barleywines. Pretty old school but not bad at all.
