About
We believe that beer isn't supposed to be complicated. Sure, brewing a good one is part art, part science, but that doesn't mean the culture surrounding it needs to be so... much. Beer should be approachable and so should the places we drink it. After all, beer is "the workers' drink" and there's something nice about the simplicity of the pastime: a special kind of unity born of people from different walks of life coming together to unwind in the same way. We're about good people, good beer, and a good way to cap off the day. It doesn't need to be more complicated than that.

Can at source: dull copper with white head. Aroma is earthy, light tea. Don't really get much date. Lightly bitter. Dryish. Not bad.

Draught at source: pours lightly hazy with white head. Aroma is pineapple and passionfruit. Bitter buy from the fruitiness. Very light. Not bad

Can at J. Alexander's. Pours black, with a medium, foamy, tan head. The aroma is dark chocolate, light coffee, walnut, chalk, and hay. Sweet and malty, with a mellow bitterness. Medium to heavy body, malty, and sticky. Balanced and tasty.

Tap at the brewery in Philadelphia. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is soft wheat, creamy, mellow dank, berry fruit tangerine, light grass. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, prickly carbonation. Flavour is floury wheat, grass, tangerine, red berries, pomegranate. Like dank. Pretty good. Not bad for a novelty one.

Tap at the brewery in Philadelphia. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is semi sweet. Mellow dank orange rind, rubber. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangerine orange rind, bubble gum, grass. Palate is semi sweet, sticky hop, moderate carbonation. Good.

Tap at the brewery in Philadelphia. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet. Midget gems, tangerine, light grass. Flavour is composed of semi crisp, mineral, light grass, herbal. Palate is crisp, light, spritzy carbonation. Pretty plain.
