A darker looking beer. At first, nic head then just has fine lacing. Nice friendly easy taste that is better than expected. Not much aroma. Oolong is not over the top, just the right balance. A welll behaved brew fer sure. Overall, just a simple easy to take unique beer that never gets in yer face.

A darker beer, slightly hazy, looks like iced tea. Some aroma of sweet candy, smells good to the nose. Initial taste is odd and leathery. Yes, there is a little co2 but just barely. That weird taste of saddles keeps poking thru. Not sure what to think here. Not really a terrible IPA because it never gets over the top. It seems the maltiness just adds a unique background tot he finish.

On tap, with nice eye candy. Nice a dark looking. A very nice dark beer effect initially on the palate. Slight smell of gramma’s old permanent hair treatment and with mild notes of blast furnace slag, heheh. Not much of the maple thing here and I’m glad of it, so many maple beers add maple flavoring but this is well done. Easy going and fun fer sure. Just a simple friendly porter all the way down. Glad to have tasted this, would not hesitate to drink again. One of the better refined dark beers I’ve had lately. Reminds me of a dark american lager with a little personality. YES!

Yes, has wild attributes but certainly not as tart as their standard wild brew. Seems to have more of that regular english ale attributes.

As poured by Kel, slightly lighter than a darker brown beer. Odd looking scummy thin head, but ina good way. Weird initial flavor, almost want to be bandaid but’s not. Very little co2, Could use a few more manners but overall it is a quite mil;d friendly beer.

Such a nice creamy ale served by Kellie at the brewpub. Creamy head. Light brownish and its gentle clear aroma. Smooth and easy going. Light brownish. Easy to take with its friendly going down the gullettness. A decent beer experience!Good overall finish fer sure even tho there is not much except for dissapearing lacing.

Darker hazy brown like cloudy iced tea. Definitely better than most IPA if you are a lager lover. Surely bitter but not over the top. Yes, hoppy and the smell evolves into a slight aroma of good b/o. Decent co2 makes this quite palatable. Comes across rather creamy. For a bitter ale, not bad. I really didn’t pick out the blueberry or bubble gum in this.

This is the same as Beavers wild nelson. Let me tell you, this company has some really good open fermented mild wild ales. From the start this is quite interesting. Has a little bit if a fishy & tart aroma to it, weird. I see is rated at 6% but the taste is only 4% so you better watch out on this one. If you like smooth easy mild tart ales you need to get a growler of this stuff. Simply lovely, I can’t find anything negative about this brew, yummy! Better than rodenbach fer sure!!
