Finally, a bottled version. Pours a fairly clear coppery color, topped with solid and lasting cream colored head. Very pleasant fruity aroma (perhaps peaches and passion fruit) with notes of biscuits later on. Strarts with a sweet fruity taste, immediately followed by moderate hoppy bitterness, some notes of biscuits and herbal aftertaste. Very drinkable, a bit stale, and perhaps a more gentle IPA than usual.

At 2nd Brewers Conference Zagreb. In all that crowd and rush, with so many good homebrew beers I just forgot to take notes about this one...pitty about that, but I’ll believe in Marko’s judgement and repeat his rate (so if he got paid for good rate by any means, my apologies, LOOLLL). Once again, too bad I didin’t take the notes.

Pours a slightly hazy amber color, topped with a fairly big and lasting off-white head. Mild flowery and grassy aroma with malty backbone. Taste is quite biscuity with some mild grassy notes in teh back. Mild bitterness but surprisingly lasting bittery aftertaste. Not bad, though a bit too malty for my liking.

Pours a dark brown color, topped with a nice beige head. Roasty aroma, some chocolate botes anda bit coffee, but mild altogether. Taste on the otherhand is straight on roasty, coffee presence is noticeable wit hsome chocolate in start. Decent bitterness in finish and a bit herbal aftertaste. Nice

Poursa fairly clear darker golden color, topped with a nice white head. Good lacing. Fruity, citrusy aroma, some quite strong herbal notes. Starts on the sweet side, followed by a bitter kick which transfers into aftertaste. Very drinkable and delicious.

Well, I guess this is what HF’s Jaša brought a growler of to the Homebrewers Conference in Zagreb. And enormous, gigantic thanks to him for that! Didn’t note the color, but I vaguely remember this being darker golden/amber, lasting medium sized white head. Notes of vanilla ice cream and some citrus fruit in the aroma, not the most pungent ever. Lovely piney, citric notes (hm?), balanced with some mild maltiness. Medium bitterness. As the conference was nearly over, my notes aren’t the most exhaustive ever, and I don’t remember that much of the conversation anymore (grumble), but this is, I reckon, made with Slovenian Cascades, and people weren’t that thrilled with how they came out. This was, nevertheless a very good beer, and one can expect no less from HumanFish!

Sir William’s Pub actually. :) Poured an amberish golden body with a small white head. Blast of aroma hops immediately, candy orange, gum, herbal notes, slightly tropical, lovely. Earthy, bitter taste, hits you up front, some more gum, a little rosemary, slightly rosey even. The body is slightly too light, more APAish than IPAish really. Another very good one from HF!
