Tap. Pours lightly hazy reddish Amber, very small off white head, some lacing. Aroma is oaky, vinous, cherries. Flavor is lightly tart with a hint of residual sweetness, candi sugar, oak, cherry, vinous, red wine. No acetone here, which is a difficult plus. Medium body. Quite nice. Awesome considering how early corralitos is in their beer evolution.

Poured from a growler. Aroma is super hoppy with tons of citrus, tropical fruit and stone fruit. It smells like it’s mostly citra and amarillo. Lots of orange and tangerine with some pineapple and mango. Medium light peach notes. Faint resin character. Medium light cracker malt notes hide in the background and there is a faint alcohol character. Pours a somewhat clear, pale, yellow gold with medium sized, moderately thick, white head that exhibits nice retention as it recedes to the edges. Medium light lacing and moderate legs. Flavor is fairly dry with a light, slightly sweet cracker malt note. A moderately high hop flavor with citrus, peach and pineapple being most prevalent. More resin than in the aroma. Medium light alcohol spice in the finish. A bit oily from all the hop resin. Fairly high bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringnecy and low alcohol warmth. Overall, this aroma is spot on fantastic with so much fruit and a light, pale malt backbone. Flavor wise, the oily nature detracts a bit from the experience, but on the whole its very nice.
