At the fair. Brown color. The aroma and flavor I perceive as most prominent is butterscotch. You separate the apple and caramel if you try, but if you did not know what you were drinking, i am not sure those are the flavors one would pick up. Sweet, but not cloying. It doesnt taste as sweet after drinkig it for awhile.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet fruits and sweet grains supported by Belgian yeast and a hint of booze. Flavor has a good amount of light fruit and Belgian yeast with a sweet grain backbone and a hint of biscuit.
