Taster at the brewery - decently executed imperial with just a bit too much booziness - starts with strong cocoa flavor, then some vanilla and bourbon through the middle, followed by strong, dark coffee character - finish brings a little too much bourbon and alcohol heat - creamy texture - alright.

Taster at the brewery - Jesus this is sour as hell, and nice n a good, complex way, but in an artificial and one-dimensional way, like they just dumped a bunch of malic and/or lactic acid into an IPA (which, by the way, this beer in no way resembles) - just straight up acidity and almost nothing else - horrible.

Taster at the brewery - lightly hazy light gold - lightly funky nose, light tartness, maybe a touch of oak - thin-bodied - some mild funk, a moderate acidity through the middle, a bit of tropical fruit and pepper, but also finishes with some grain huskiness and a sweet note of vanilla - a bit off, but okay.

GABF 2015. My first brew of the festival. Cloudy gold, no head. Carbonation is low. Sour flavor is mild, a little wheat. Not very tart, but just enough for a refreshing bite.

On tap @ the brewery. Hazy light yellow appearance with a thin white head. The aroma is lemon, Lacto, mild corn, and vanilla. Kind of juicy. Some lime, lots of lemon. Moderately tart. Easy drinking. A little corny. Not my favorite Berliner Weisse.
