16.9 oz. 4.2% ABV. Aroma is lemony, bready, floral, SweeTarts, earthy. Pours nearly clear golden with a one finger white head with decent retention. Taste is highly sour (8.5/10) and acidic with flavors like the aroma; finishes lightly dry. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. Good stuff.

500 ml bottle (2017) from Tavour, 3/13/20. Orange pour, moderate white head, light lace. Strong wild yeast characteristics. Funky, oakey, rather tart. Fruity and a little vinous. Nicely puckering, close to too much for my preferences, but stays on the good side of borderline. Lively tingle. 7/4/8/3/16
