On tap at Servehzah, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is complex, with plenty of earthy, spicy rye, bourbon barrels, and moderate roast. Flavour is pretty intense, with big bourbon barrels, some rye, sweet honey, and moderate roast. Intense, with huge bourbon notes rounding out the honey. Really nice stuff.

On tap at Able Baker, pours black / deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out deep bourbon barrels, light vanilla and a hint of smoke. Flavour is complex and barrel-dominated, with intense bourbon barrels upfront, followed by vanilla and gentle smoke. That bourbon barrel character is exquisite. Lovely stuff.

On tap at Able Baker, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out liquid chocolate chips, nothing else - wow. Flavour is exactly the same, with liquid milk chocolate chips, light honey and a hint of roast. Yeah, that's liquid chocolate chips. Fun stuff.

On tap at Able Baker, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out gentle honey, light roast and a touch of molasses. Flavour is sweet, with plenty of honey, light cocoa and dark sugars. Really nice sweet honey character. There's no roast at all and the alcohol is surprisingly well-hidden. Really tasty.

On tap at Able Baker, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some oak, light berries and a hint of vinous character. Flavour is much the same, with oak and light vinous character, followed by gentle rustic farmhouse character. The fruit is a bit muted, but the oak and wine character is pleasant albeit muted. Good stuff.

On tap at Able Baker, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out chamomile, light ginger, rustic saison yeast and some bourbon barrels. Flavour somehow works well, with bourbon barrels, rustic saison yeast, accentuated with light ginger and chamomile. The mix of bourbon with saison character shouldn't work but it does. Solid stuff.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a deep amber brown with an off white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has a lot of bread with some yeast and a bit of sweet grain. Flavor has sweet grains and bread with a bit of caramel supporting.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy peachy red with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a strong slightly tart raspberry with sweet wheat backing. Flavor has sour and tart raspberry with a bit of grain and wheat supporting.
