Description
Our brewery derives its name from the first two atomic bombs detonated at the Nevada Test Site. These two test explosions were codenamed after the military’s phonetic alphabet of the time, making them tests “Able” and “Baker”.
The experimentation at the Nevada Test Site led to the refining of the Atomic Bomb and the ushering in of the Nuclear Age. This was a notable time in Nevada as “Atomic Blast” viewing parties were commonplace and several “Miss Atomic” beauty queens were crowned. The Atomic Age influences our artwork and concepts while allowing us to give a respectful nod to Nevada’s unique state history.

375ml @ SF shared with Brian, Phill, and Ryan.
Aroma: honey, American oak, some fruity notes, caramel.
Taste: along the same lines, a lot of toffee, roasty, sweet.
Overall: not really balanced, flavours are not coming together, they just kinda go alone.

6 oz draft as part of a taster tray at Able Baker Brewery in Las Vegas, Nevada. The pour is a clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is a soft resin, floral and even fainter citrus. The taste is resin dank, moves into resin and then finishes bone dry with an earth mineral. The palate is medium bodied soft carbonation and the bone dry mineral finish. Big taste with a tiny nose.

6 oz draft as part of a taster tray at Able Baker Brewery in Las Vegas, Nevada. The pour is an ever so slight haze of golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is herbal clove along with soft floral. The taste is big herbal yeast notes, a touch of the clove, grain and finishes with more herbal and the floral. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the lingering yeast aftertaste.
