Description
Our brewery derives its name from the first two atomic bombs detonated at the Nevada Test Site. These two test explosions were codenamed after the military’s phonetic alphabet of the time, making them tests “Able” and “Baker”.

The experimentation at the Nevada Test Site led to the refining of the Atomic Bomb and the ushering in of the Nuclear Age. This was a notable time in Nevada as “Atomic Blast” viewing parties were commonplace and several “Miss Atomic” beauty queens were crowned. The Atomic Age influences our artwork and concepts while allowing us to give a respectful nod to Nevada’s unique state history.

Sticky toffee sweet, mellow bourbon note, some alcohol. It's not refined so much as refined enough. I'm down.

Opaque, and with a thin head. Orchard fruit and cannabis nose, some sweet malts. Soft body and a really nice fruity hop note with big weedy undertones.

Dark brown, thin head. Toasty base stout, thin, but with lots of chocolate chip cookie dough aroma. I'm down. Those flavours are big on the palate, but it is thin, as this base typically is. If this had a better base, it would be a better beer because the adjuncts sucked me in.

Dark brown, thin head. Rich barrel character, big body, alcohol, toffee, caramel. Like a poor man's version of one of those Bottle Logic bw/impy blends. Barrel is rough, but it's a tasty beer.

Hazy, pale with floral, orangey hop aroma. Medium head. Soft malt, disappears into a really nice hop note. This is really good.

Golden brown. Not much head. Caramelly malt character. Slightly sweet. Enough balancing bitterness. I'd prefer a richer malt character but decent for a single bock.

Clean, bright pilsner with low bitterness, not much head, but a decent slightly grainy pale malt note. Not bad.

Bright pale gold. Thin head. Weedy, slightly oniony hop nose. Good malt base; lets the hops do their thing.

12 oz draft at BJ's in Las Vegas. Pours a hazy gold color with a small white head and fair retention. Light lacing. Light citrus aroma. Strong mango flavor, much stronger than the aroma. Light wheat base beer. More of a fruit beer than a wheat ale. Smooth and clean. Medium-light body. Lower than expected carbonation. Not bitter. Very similar to a Mango Cart. Enjoyable.
