On Tap at the Boise brewery very dark brown/black Full dense tan head. Lots of sweet peanut butter in the aroma. Plenty of lightly sweet chocolate roast and more nuttiness in the flavor. Not bad for such an experimental style

On Tap at the Boise brewery Big time chocolate in the aroma. Closest to a candy bar Ive had in a long time. Flavor is light roast, chocolate of course and a unfiltered chalky feel right after. A little IBU bitterness to balance. Nicely done, just a bit too weird.

On Tap at the Boise brewery Clear dark brown. Thin fine tan head. Mostly chocolate aromas, lots of darker roast in the flavors. Full bodied, plenty of residual sugars here I think. Nice rounded flavors and a little campfire/ash at the end. Also a little lingering ABV burn.

On Tap at the Boise brewery Hazy light orange amber witha dense lasting beige head. Subdued resinous hop flavors, creamy thick palate. Softly carbonated. A bit boozy and full bodied.

On tap at postmodern boise. Pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. nose is lots of sweet milk chocolate roast and some molasses. Taste is more of the roast malts lots of milk chocolate sweetness.

On tap postmodern boise. pours out a hazy gold topped with a white head. nose is light tart some lemon and a little wheat. Taste is more of the light tartness lemon.
