Cute and weird 0.5l PETka from U Martina, Brno. Hazy dark red-brown body, fairly lasting off white creamy head. Huuh... Sweet, sticky, overwhelming aroma, some stale/sewers notes too... oxidation, big malt, honeyish, sweetly grainy... hooh... Sweetish taste, not as sweet as 22° and 6.4% would indicate, dried out fairly, though far from actually dry. Lively carbonation helping things along. Heavy taste, some herbal bitter hops fighting a heavy, heeeavy handed dry grainy sweetish malty note, crude even. Ginger? Not getting any really, maybe a mild, mild burn. Oily. Okay herbal notes though... huh, dunno what to think of it, it's certainly a mess in my book, though the PET bottle might have given it a beating. Will rerate, but... oof,
