Tap at the Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry mineral big hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a long bitter finish.Earlier Rating: 11/9/2012 Total Score: 3.2Cask at Orsted. Poured a clear dark copper colour with a thin, glass hugging, white head. A slightly yeasty malty aroma. The flavour is all bitter and a hit of yeast. The bitterness kinda consumes this beer and sits on the palate for some time afterwards. It was served cool and no doubt it's a decent refreshing ale, but the extreme bitterness will be too much for some.
