Tap at Festival der Bierkulturen. Hazy yellow-ish/orangey golden colour with huge, thick, frothy, fully lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Fruit bomb aroma, peach, apricot, mirabelle, nectarine overdose, hop and yeast induced fruit flavours, cautious hints of oak, even a smoky touch. Taste keeps the superb fruitiness alive. Excellent!

Trübes oranggoldenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, würzig, Orangen. Geschmack ebenfalls nach Orangen, leicht würzig, fruchtig, ok!

Rötlichbraunes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, dunkle überreife Früchte, holzig. Geschmack malzig süß, leicht alkoholisch, trockene überreife Früchte, holzig.

On Tap at Festival der Bierkulturen 2013. Goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch intensiv malzig, würzig, fruchtig herb. Geschmack sehr malzig, leicht fruchtig herb, großartig.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange peel, soap. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, soapy hops, peel bitter, malty, fruity, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO. this noting to do with a smoked style beer !! [20120930]

Geruch nach Klostein. Herber und fruchtiger Beginn nach der besagten Zitronenmyrte. Trocken, holzig, die Aromen sind weiterhin intensiv wahrnehmbar. Milderes, leicht bitteres Finish. Ein Bier, das im Gedächtnis bleibt! 11/11/12/11//12
