On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - amber to red. Not much head. Nose - redcurrant and bread. Taste - brown bread and red cherry. Burnt raisin. Palate - close to medium bodied, crunchy in texture. Dry crunchy finish but not astringent. Overall - quite good.

Cask at the standing order. Pours clear amber, nose is burnt toffee, caramel, taste is sweet, chewy caramel, burnt malts.

Cask handpull at Ashford Spoons. Clear red colour lasting beige head. Soft carbonation but at least it's insistent towards end. Some malt sweetness. Light red fruit more about the amber malt flavour on this. Some dryness on finish. Fruits are melon to redcurrant. Pretty good drinking beer. Hides abv well. Best if the festival beers so far. Would happily have another half pint.

Cask handouts at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head light sherbet hop very good condition and lacing. Some light lemon and ime hop. Not much malt. Great condition though.

Cask @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Golden with a creamy head. Has a deeper hoppiness with a full-bodied texture and taste.

Half-pint, cask, shared with Finn at The Orchard in Preston. A warm golden body, fair lacining from a diminishing white head. Herbal hops and mango fruits on the nose. Dough and mango flavours, mid-sweet. Drying ending. Fair enough. (09.02.2019).

Cask ale, half-pint, at The Stonewell Tap in Lancaster. Shared with Finn. Covering white head, clear warm golden body. Upper part lacing. Grassy hops and bread on the nose. Decent flavour profile of berry-fruits and earthy malts. Ends malty-fruity. Medium bodied. Quite alright. (06.02.2019).
