Omat oluet valmistuvat Heinolan Panimolla ja kaikkia juomia pääseekin ostamaan sekä Kalkkisissa että Heinolassa. Lisäksi tilaltamme Kalkkisista löytyy kahvio/viinitupa, jossa tarjoillaan joka aamu paikan päällä leivottua suolaista ja makeaa.

33 cl bottle @ oh6gdx. BBE 05/2015. Aroma has licorice and some coffee. Flavour has harsh bitterness, strong gooseberry bush and some licorice. Also some spicy tones. Watery and somewhat contaminated.

Bottle at Kahdet Kasvot. Hazy amber color, small off-white head. Aroma has strawberry, not much smokeyness found. Light-bodied. Some smokeyness over the pale thin maltbase in the flavor. Citric notes. Meh.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours slightly hazy pale straw with no head. Clear aroma of sweetish apples and fermentation. Sour-sweetish flavour of apples, with some perfumy and vanillalike notes. Acetic aftertaste. Drinkable but would be better without the perfumy notes.

Bottled (backlog, thanks Joona!). Murky reddish brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is berries, spices, mild yeasty notes as well as some slight acidic notes to it. Flavour is bananas, caramel, mild spices, bread and some earthiness.

Bottled (from Fröökynän Herkku). Pale yellow colour, big white bubbly/sparkling head, which disappears quite fast though. Aroma is green apples, some birch tree, mild yeast, as well as some slight acidic notes. Flavour is very strongly birch tree/sap along with some green apples and mild acidic notes. A bit vanillaish in the finish as well. Watery. This one would probably kick ass if it was 6-6.5 %.

Pours dark brown with a tiny head. Aroma of ripe fruits, malts, yeast, rye and bready notes. Taste is smooth, heavy and sweet with loads of rye, bready notes and juniper. Finish is sweet and boozy with notes of rye and banana. Okay Sahti.
