Description
The Vieux Singe brewery is the project of Frédéric Sureau and Alexis Métaireau to set up a brewery and make a living from it. After 6 years of brewing different recipes as an amateur, our goal remains the same: to make quality beers while defending our values. The best beers in the world can be found among the English, Americans, Belgians, Canadians, but there is no reason why they should keep the booty! We are inspired by existing styles to build our recipes, with our personal touch! Speaking of the personal touch, all of our beers are fermented in sound barrels, playing independent music all day long. According to our very scientific tests, the taste suffers considerably. Yes Yes !

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#80. PONTORSON. Supermarket found, golden and a hoppy tropical fruit brew in both aroma and taste. Has a decent body and good mouthfeel for it. Neither sweet nor citrus driven.
