Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a thin head. Has a light hoppiness and a very drinkable texture given its strength, although this is more noticeable in its aftertaste.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Kenny. Pours clear brown with a bubbly off-white head. The nose holds toasty malts and light acetic sweat. Light sweet flavor, somewhat astringent with charred wood, tangy berries. Light bodied with average carbonation. More tangy fruits to finish, some burnt grass, earth. So so.

Bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours near black with a tiny tan head. The nose is sweet, berry, jammy, fruity, some acidity, mild roast and rocky road. The taste is bitter-sweet, toasty, earth, dried fruits, berry, light jam and mild acidity with a dry, acidic finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit tarry. Dunno.... Not very drinkable.

500ml bottle from Beerdock, Crewe. Drunk from the bottle. Big CDA aroma with dark malts. Taste is bright and flavoursome, with coal, dark malts & juicy dark fruits with a soft bitter finish. A rather enjoyable Black iPA.
