Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop, pine needles and yeast. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a strong menthol hoppy liqourice palate and a long bitter finish, Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

Cask @ The Brewery Tap, Leeds. Presents a slightly watery hop taste with a black tea bitterness and faint dark berries coming through. Not the best I’ve had from these guys. Sorry, girl... Chick even.

Bottled. ABM. 6.1%. Dark murky brown-amber color, good off-white head. Aroma of ginger beer and fermented raisins. Medium-bodied. Ginger, raisins and some alcohol, hints of wood in the flavor. Tickling ginger. Harsh aftertaste. Weird ginger beer indeed.

Bottled 500ml ABM. Slightly hazy golden color, small steady white head. Apricot fruity, citrusy fresh American hops, same time kind of yeasty. Light bodied. Sweetish fruityness, some buttery notes. Short watery aftertaste.

Cask @ Shrewsbury Beer Festival 2013. Probably the stand-out beer of the festival for me. Has a beautifully fruity blackberry quality where you can almost taste the seeds, together with a lovely mild maltiness that slips down well. Really impressed.
