Tick Tock. Single from NBD. Easier then spending $30 on another so-so champagne bottle full of battery acid passed off as a sour. :P Gimmicky label, but maybe there’s something there. Stemless wine glass. clear, pale gold pour. Fumy scent of glue, sugar and boozy table wine. Something faintly like papaya. Taste is predominately pixie sticks, with second hit of granny smith tartness, pears & yeasty leftovers. Moderately carbed, but sugary and slick. Tastes like a wine cooler...

Tap at Taproom 307, grabbed the perry rate to round out my flight. pours standard clear greenish liquid. pleasant smell of sweet pears and apples. tastes of semi sweet pears not overwhelming. light woody, florals, and rock candy. OK but bad ass is a bit of an exaggeration
