Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

330ml can. Gold, small white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma is subtle but fruity with grapefruit, melon and pineapple; ok. Taste is dry/astringent, with a hit of citrus and grass, then a dry and very bitter finish. Body and carbonation is good for a 4.2%. However, the balance between bittering and flavouring hops seems to be a bit off here. A bit all over the place.

330ml can. Gold, small white foamy head, no retention. Aroma of malts, straw, grass; doesn't have that clean German lager note. Taste is semi-sweet, malts, straw, some grain. A decent bitter bite at the end. Average.

Tight foamy white head stayed on pale straw coloured body. Place malt aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a sharp back. Light malt, grain, light hops & faint fruity tastes. Boring.

Foamy white head left a cover on a pale amber coloured body. Sweet fruit & light malt aroma. Medium bodied, sharp and clean on the back. Bitter, grapefruit, malt & confectionery tastes with light peppery finish. Standard

[33cl bottle from the Co-op, Milton, Staffs.] A pale amber pour with a scattering of white froth; aroma of corn and grass; sweet and fizzy in the mouth with a corn syrup taste; and a light grassy bitterness. Bland and unexciting, but drinkable.
