Sampled from 0.5 l can from local 'Penny', best before January 2019. Clear, dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a little roasty aroma of caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of straw. Moderately sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of caramel, toasted nuts and some milk chocolate, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, a bit grassy-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite a bargain!

Canned 500ml. -Clear golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, low carbonation, dusty grainy nose. Sweetish malty, light caramel, corn and touch of grain with short bitterish sweet finish. Average and boring even for a cheap beer.

Ach für ein REWE Bier ist das garnicht so verkehrt, auch wenn mir das ganze wie eine Maketingmasche aussieht. An gutem Hellen mangelt es in Bayern ja nun wirklich nicht. Trotzdem besser als ein Fernsehbier.
