Panda thanks to Sir Theydon of Bois. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Thinnish malts provide an adequate creamy sweetness. The old school hops bring light crisp pine into a fairly rich but soft grassy skunk that gives way to ripe citrus on the back end. Ripe grapefruit, orange and tangerine. Just a touch of brighter citric hop before a light semi dry finish. Definitely old school this one but hangs together well and goes down easy.

Very hazy golden and straw coloured body wtih a large, three centimetre tall super fast-dying ugly, soapy tan head that leaves a nasty lace on the sides from what was there. Aroma of juicy, very fragrant fruit notes with some mangoes, white grapes, orange juice, cranberries and even some pineapple - quite strong and really only sweet and fruity - no real bitterness or malts here, in the nose, at least. Medium to Full-bodied; Very rich wheat and lactosey notes show at first with a pungent grassy and light floral element with some dryness here towards the end, with a little bite from the alcohol and deep hops. Aftertaste is crisp from the hops, with the tropically notes hitting first, but the grassy and floral elements near the end that add a great deal of complexity, especially with some softer sweetness, too. Overall, I'm not sure what to make of this one - it's robust and complex with hops, but sweet and dry at the same time. Hard to place it in one category, but this is both a New England and Brut IPA in a nice way. Great to sample after purchase from the brewery itself - can't wait for the Next Thanksgiving and especially Christmas Season! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Precarious Beer Project in Williamsburg, Virginia on 28-November-2021 for US$4,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 03-May-2022.

Can at home, picked up in Virginia somewhere, 11/07/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with a good sized lasting white cap. Nose is orange zest, grass, crisp malts, lemon rind, melon, papaya. Taste comprises orange pith, mandarin, grass, airy malts, grapefruit, light pine flicker. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come lightly juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough old skool leaning DIPA ... this one grew on me as I drank it.
