Ultra hazy, opaque and cloudy rich orange coloured body with a beautiful one to two centimetre tall off-white microfoamed head that lasts for a long time above the 95 per cent opaque body. Aroma of oranges, vanilla, lactose, wheat oats, cream, light alpha acids from the hops and some rich sugars. Full-bodied; Syrupy and sticky sweet vanilla and lactose flavours show at first with a slight oaty maltiness coming through and a sliver of bitterness from the hops, but this is super smooth and subtle for being MORE than 10 per cent! Aftertaste is sweet, slightly fruity with some definite mango and pineapple nuances here, but a bunch of orange, lactose, vanilla, cream and especially oats make this go down extremely easily with seemingly no bitterness. Overall, this is squarely a New England, New-School IPA that somehow does NOT show Imperial Status at all - bunches of vanilla & cream, but this is very easy-going, drinkable and around 7 per cent ABV it seems! Beware - this one is great, but could sneak up on you...has it already snuck up on me?!? This is a great beer to be 'finished' with my verbose ratings that I have seemingly always written for my first 10,000 beer ratings! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from State Line Liqours in Elkton, Maryland on 05-February-2023 for US$6,29, canned on 19-January-2023 with the tagline 'Needs More, Dinosaur' on the bottom of the can, and sampled at my house here in Washington on 07-July-2023.

Ever so slightly hazy copper and bronze coloured body with a fairly thick three centimetre tall off-white and light tan coloured head that's microfoamed and stays atop nicely. Aroma of apricots, flowers, dry grain, some piney and grapefruit notes, with a fairly strong hop scent with alpha acids pretty evident here - in the nose, at least. Medium-bodied; Dank, Super orangey flavours show at first with a pretty noticeable hop bitterness, a cleanser-like astringency and a lot of alcohol warmth at the end, but while there is some fruit sweetness here, most of the fruits show as the rinds and add to the bitterness. Aftertaste is very dry, fairly straight-forward in terms of the flavours, but offering up a nice complexity with the range of the oranges and hop flavours, both of which are strong and the biggest components here throughout. Overall, a deep, super orange-y, bitter, hoppy and clean IPA that is pretty West Coastie - as there is a lot of bitterness here throughout, but the added oranges are nice, too. Great to have so incredibly fresh and local - probably as good as it was ever going to be! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from State Line Liqours in Elkton, Maryland on 05-February-2023 for US$5,69 canned on 12-January-2023 with the tagline 'Off With Your Head' on the bottom and sampled at my house here in Washington on 21-February-2023.

16oz can pours a clear gold with some thin white head.  Zippy nose, really nice, jasmine and lime and soapy green hop.  Super approachable.  Flavor has just enough simple grist to hold up to all the green.  Bordering on dank, I'd say.  Dry, peppy finish.  Really nicely made.  8 3 8 4 14

16oz can pours a murky orange with some fluffy white head.  Nose has orange sherbet and mango, some vanilla and oats and Chai.  Flavors or orange juice and orange Creamsicle, mango and melon, less sweet than the nose led me to believe.  Fullish bodied, off dry.  6 4 7 3 13
