Pours dark brown, almost black with a massive foamy head. Aroma of nutty malts, coffee, chocolate, some roastiness and coffee. Taste is very smooth, slightly roasty and nutty with some caramel and toffee. Finish is super smooth and slightly roasty with some malts and coffee notes. Okay.

Draught @ the brewpub, San Diego. Aroma is mildish with pineapple juice. Flavour has pineapple juice, tropical fruits and. Quite close to the experimental PA, this just lacks the harsh herbal bitterness and is a bit more mellow. Juicy.
