MBCC. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and caramel. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 050523

Tap. Brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, bready, cereals, a bit earthy. Taste is the same, bready and medium sweet, some bitterness in the back, though just a bit. Silky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pretty good Schwarzbier.

Tap. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is sweet grains, cereal, sweetish fruity touch from the hops. Taste is the same, grassy and sweet maltiness. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Alright

Aromas are dark malt and roast with a little bit of coffee and cocoa. Flavors are similar to nose, carbonation seems a touch forced. Otherwise good balance with sweet and bitter. Easy drinking beer.

Aromas are dark malt, smoke, roast and some molasses. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose with good balance between sweet, bitter and carbonation. More like a scotch ale with the peat.

Aromas are malt with barest hint of toast. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter and sharpish carbonation. Okay body and finish. Likewise okay beer.

Draft pour enjoyed at Brewery X Brew Haven. Cloudy but bright golden pour. Cool Belgian like nose. Some floral and soft bubblegum. Cool and easy drinking hefe here, and I don't usually care much for the style, as they end up bland. Well executed balance here. Delicious brew here.

Pour is a clear amber red with a huge tan head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt with some cherry juice. Flavor is super dry heavy malt with some dark fruit and molasses. Finish is lots of thick chewy malt left on the tongue. I don't know what this beer has to do with Christmas but it was a flavorful bock with a touch of dark fruit.

On a flight in Main St Wine Company, Huntington Beach, 11th January 2023. Black with a steady tanned head on top. Chocolate and coffee esters in the nose, taste also chocolate and coffee like.
