16 oz. can. Pours a clear, dark, amber color, with a big, foamy, tan head. The nose is black bread, caraway, juniper berries, and brown sugar. Not too sweet, with a mellow, earthy and resinous bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and grainy. Quality, balanced, and interesting.

Pint can - clear copper pour with a soapy lace - fairly sweet, with a kind of sweet tea character through the middle - a bit of floral bitterness on the tail end - missing some of the depth of better examples and is overall too sweet for me.

US Pint can into an old Corsendonk glass at my daughters on 29th March 2025. Slight haze in the old gold coloured body, white crown on top. Malty rather than hoppy, some mild caramel sweetness before it becomes more bread malty and loses some of it's earlier sweet feel.

Toasted malty and grassy hoppy, some caramel, herbal twiggy hops, light jet body, sweet malty finish.

Can purchased from The Watering Hole in Murphys. Pours clear, deep brown with brown head. Moderate roast from malts on aroma and flavor. Maple is a restrained here, so drinks more like a straight Baltic.
