26th February 2022, lunchtime flight at the brewery, four quarter pint pours, all clean golden in colour with wispy white heads, difficult to spot any difference between 3 x IPA's and the Belgian style triple. Expected this to have a distinct aroma or some strong smell, it didn't! Didn't pick up much of anything to be honest, aroma or taste wise, slight hop action I suppose.

26th February 2022, lunchtime flight at the brewery, four quarter pint pours, all clean golden in colour with wispy white heads, difficult to spot any difference between 3 x IPA's and the Belgian style triple. This held a more citrussy nose and taste than the other IPA's, orange lead.

Draft, half US Pint at the brewery on 26th February 2022. Clear and clear golden body, decent white head that hung about. Nice hop balance with a blend of fruitiness and piney notes, mini malt base for a trace of sweetness.

On a Flight at the brewery on 30th Dec 2017. Golden orange body, full white crown on top. Spiced oranges in the aroma and taste, semi-sweet, semi-bitter. Didn't find much Rye in the nose or flavour and no honey either (love reading the tasting notes after drinking the beer).

Part of a Flight at the brewery on 30th Dec 2017. Mahogany body, off-white crown. The nose was a malt molasses sniff fest, the taste not as sweet as the aroma indicated, more plum than jam, more tart than pie. Liked it. Was also available on Nitro, but didn't try it in that format. I did however have a pint of this after tasting the Flights, deciding this was the beer for me at Docent.

30th Dec 2017, part of a Flight at the brewery. Cloudy yellow pour, white head. Nose and taste is citrus bitter, Cascade, Nelson and Ekuanot hops used, so no surprises there then. Didn't really take to this: scored objectively.

30th Dec 2017, part of a Flight at the brewery. Black bodied, tanned head. Dark chocolate in the nose and taste, no Graham Cracker (who ever he is?) or dried cherry, but yes to the expresso in the tasting notes. A fine Imperial Stout all round. Rich and smooth body wise.

30th Dec 2017, part of a Flight at the brewery. Pale golden body, clear and clean, wispy white affair on top. Light floral nose, semi-sour flavour with a mild malty undertone. Nice.

30th Dec 2017, part of a Flight at the brewery. Golden amber with a white, wispy head. Like a lot of their beers this was hop heavy, tropical fruit esters filled the nose and the flavour had a citrus leaning in it's bitterness. A decent Docent!
