Taste starts refreshing ripe tropical fruity and citrusy, following is herbal, medicinal, grainy and a bit wild, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is heavy bitter. 473mL can. Pours clear pale gold with white head. Aroma has tons of bright pine, bitter resin, sweet malts. Flavour has strong resinous pine with a long bitter finish. Malt backbone is present, but profile is dominated by the hops. Excellent.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy gold orange with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, peach skin, yogurt, oak and funky lacto. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, peach flesh, yogurt, white wine, oak, vinegar and funky lacto in a dry, acidic, sour finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Complex and delicious.

[Vintage 2021] 500mL bottle. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma has roasted malts, espresso, and a ton of smoky bourbon. Flavour has rich roasted malts, dark chocolate, espresso, all wrapped in nice smoky bourbon. Deep and rich, lots of good roast and well-complemented with bourbon. Excellent.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Nose is clean and bright, with a Saaz-like grassy and spicy hop character, and a clean crackery malt base. Flavour is likewise bright, clean and crisp, with a vibrant spicy hop character, some grassiness, and clean crisp crackery malt. Drinks like a hoppy, crisp, spicy Czech pils. Very good.
